今天，我生病待在家里。我躺在床上默默的休息，突然一丝阳光照在我的眼睛上，我艰难的打开眼睛，看到窗外是多么的和谐，我了站起来缓慢的走向大门，抓住手把往外面推，发现清晨是美好时刻，一天的黄金时间。 薄雾还没消散，空气非常的清爽，去除我身上的疲惫。花是那么的清香，小草绿的是那么的.油亮，声音宁静的只能听见小鸟在那叫，小溪的流水声。 就这样我坐在草地上看那太阳的慢慢的生起。
Today, I was sick at home. I lie in bed and rest silently. Suddenly a ray of sunlight shines in my eyes. I open my eyes hard and see how harmonious the window is. I stand up and walk slowly to the door. I hold the handle and push out. I find that the morning is a good time, a golden time of the day. The mist hasn't dissipated yet, the air is very fresh, removing my fatigue. Flowers are so fragrant, grass green is so bright, the sound of quiet can only hear the birds in there, the sound of the stream water. So I sat on the grass and watched the sun rise.
